In Guru Nanak Public School we celebrate all festival as well as special days with zeal as there is always a new lesson behind these different celebrations, we have celebrated:-
1. FIRST DAY OF THE SESSION (2025-26)
The new session 2025 - 26 of Guru Nanak Public School commenced on 2nd April, 2025. Teachers offered prayer to the almighty god. They extended their greetings to the students on the beginning of new session with a motivational and inspiring song with a message.
They shine like a sun and spread the light of hope in the world. The principal Mrs. Namrata Cocasse with her words of wisdom motivated the students to work hard to accomplish their task.
Students were indeed exhilarating and regenerated to see the affection of the teachers towards them. It was surely a meaningful and significant assembly.
2. WORLD HEALTH DAY (7th April, 2025) (2025-26)
Dated 7th April, 2025, Guru Nanak Public School Celebrated world Health Day in its premises. On this day Ms. Jagriti Kaur, Student of class XII Humanities delivered a beautiful and short speech in school assembly, to motivate the students about the significance of hygiene as well as how? By prioritizing preventing health care measures teaching a healthy life style.
She also laid emphasis on taking good food, doing regular exercises will not only help us maintaining good health, it also makes us socially well being.
At the end this celebration reaches to its aim and develops a deep understanding among the students.
3. INVESTITURE CEREMONY (9th April, 2025) (2025-26)
Dated 9th April, 2025, The Investiture Ceremony for the session 2025-26 was organised with great excitement, zeal and dignity at Guru Nanak Public School.

Newly appointed Head Boy Master Harshit Sharma (XI Humanities) and Head Girl Miss Navroop Kaur (XI Science) were honoured with sashes and badges to designate the responsibilities for the academic session 2025-26.

The elected House Captain and Vice Captain introduced themselves and they all conferred with badges and sashes by their House Masters as well as Deputy House Masters. The student council took the pledge to hold the school motto in high spirit.
The principal of Guru Nanak Public School Mrs. Namrata Cocasse encouraged them and told them to be fair and honest in discipline.
The event conclude with National Anthem.

SAVE EARTH, SAVE A LIFE, SAVE US ALL.
DATED 22nd April 2025, GURU NANAK PUBLIC school has celebrated EARTH DAY with great immense energy , positivity and zeal .To celebrate this significant day, a special assembly was conducted in school premises . Young buoyant toddlers from pre – primary block showcased array of phenomenon educative series , like sapling and hand print events, skit, poem, and dance.
Furthermore students of grade 7 to 12th also marked their presence by giving encouraging creative activity for expressing environmental issues. They raise their slogans and voice their thoughts. However they touched all the sharp issues depletion of green belts, use of plastics etc. The global theme for this Earth Day is Clean our earth, clean our life. At the end every one took oath on the earth day to keep their surroundings clean, pure and beautify it with green belts.
In a nutshell it is a integrated and holistically great learning experience for everyone. At the end principal of GURU NANAK PUBLIC SCHOOL Mrs. Namrata Cocassae appreciated the participants for their praise worthy performances, and this event conclude with a very affirmative note.

Dated 15th April, 2025, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Jayanti was celebrated in Guru Nanak Public School with great enthusiasm and energy. A special assembly was organized on this occasion , student from grade IX A Kavya Jain delivered an informative speech on the life history of DR BHIM RAO Ambedkar . Important incidents from his life were also narrated to students to develop and inculcate ethical values among them . The achievements and contributions of Dr Bhim Rao were heightened and especially laid emphasis on his writing a vast constitution of the world . And in the end this world will never forgot his contribution that he had given to uplift the lower caste people .

06 HINDI RECITATION COMPETITION (28/04/2025) (2025)
Poetry is the spontaneous flow of powerful emotions and to spread their fragrance Hindi Recitation poem was conducted in Guru Nanak Public School on 28/04/2025. Eighteen students were selected out of 45. All of them were participated enthusiastically and recited poem on varied themes.
All the students adorned their emotions with beautiful expressions, their tone and amazing gestures not only pleased infact spell bound everyone. The main aim of the competition was to encourage their morale and give them a platform where they not only showcased their talent as well as they also realize the significance of words in life.

07. LABOUR DAY CELEBRATION (01/05/2025) (2025-26)
On May 1st 2025, Guru Nanak Public School has celebrated labour Day to give respect and love to all the workers around the world. A special assembly was conducted, where class 12th student Miss Navjot Kaur delivered a speech in which she was offering tribute for those workers who battled for the privileges of workers. This day marks the celebrations of the working class and the labourers who has put an end to their exploitation as well as unfair treatment. In some countries it is also referred as May Day. Moreover she also talked about historical roots in the labour movement particularly the fight for an eight hour working day and its contemporary relevance in advocating for workers’ right and fair treatment. It’s a global celebration as well as an opportunity to advocate for workers’ right like decent working conditions and adequate wages. At the end principal madam Mrs. Namrata Cocassae acknowledged and appreciated sincere efforts of all the fourth grade staff members to take care of everything with utmost sincerity.
08. MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION (08/05/2025) (2025-26)
This day recognizes the unconditional love of our mother that brings a smile on our faces. Keeping this bond and emotion, Guru Nanak Public School has also celebrated mothers’ day with great devotion and gratitude. The day begins with heart welcoming assembly , A student of class X A Sapna delivered a very beautiful and inspiring speech conveyed a very significant message be humble, respectful and obedient to the parents especially for mothers’. In her speech she also talks about mothers’ endless sacrifices and undoubtedly mothers’ are still sacrificing for their families. . On this momentous moment a beautiful skit was also featured to honour mothers’ love and gratitude for unconditional love and support. Mother’s role is irreplaceable in our lives, her love is infinite, It was not only a celebration but indeed a memorable event for all of us. As the assembly came to an end the Principal of Guru Nanak Public School emphasized the importance of unwavering love and dedication of all the mothers. The school environment was filled with warmth and joy with the essence of motherhood. It was a very touching moment for all, that bring tears in everybody’s eyes.
09 ENGLISH RECITATION COMPETITION (26/06/2025) (2025-26)
An English recitation competition was held on 26th June 2025 for first and second grade with high eagerness and vigor in Guru Nanak Public School. The main aimed of the event is to stir up a love for literature and develop their oratory skills and self-confidence among students. Every participant had to recite their chosen segment in five minutes, without citing any text. Beautiful recitations were presented and three students were chosen from each section for the final round. Judges were also invited to encourage the students and gave a just and unbiased results.
The judges appreciated all the performances, three winners were chosen from each class as well as to boost the morale of all the participants, complimentary certificates were also given. After 30 days of strong diligence and relentless efforts, this event turned out to be a herculean success. Pictures.

10. STORY TELLING COMPETITION (30/06/2025) (2025-26)
On 30th June 2025, A story telling competition was conducted for grade third to grade fifth in school premises with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students narrated ethical and moral based stories. Every segment drew to a close with different virtues of life. The primary motive of this event is to inculcate the confidence and their oratory skills. To captivate the audience some students adorned themselves as their characters depicted in their stories. All the presentations given by these children are exceptional. Judges were also invited to soothe, as well as inspire the students and gave a just and unbiased results.
Three winners were chosen from each class and to uplift the confidence, complimentary certificates were also given to every participant. Students diligence and relentless efforts turned this event into memorable moment.
11. HUMANITY IS STILL ALIVE (04/09/2025) (2025-26)
Punjab is suffering from the natural calamity of flood which is causing lots of loss of property, livestock as well as human lives. All 23 districts of Punjab are badly affected.
To share the grief and provide some solace our respected Chairman Baba Lakha Singh Ji is going to Punjab with his team to provide all possible help to the needy, be it, dry rations, medicines, clothes or hard cash.

Under the banner of Kota Sahodaya Schools Complex, Inter School Drawing Competition was organized on 7th November, 2025. Twenty schools of Kota participated in competition, Kinshu Saini of class VII bagged FIRST POSITION in the category of VI to VIII class.

Guru Nanak Public School had visited the exhibition organized by ISRO the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition at RTU Kota campus to inculcate the interest of upcoming generation in astronomy.
