1. Beginning of New Academic Session-  4th April, 2022
The new school year brings newer opportunity to shine.
The beginning of the new session is an auspicious time. After switching between online and offline mode of studies this session of 2022-23 provides a ray of hope that things will return to normalcy gradually. The previous two sessions were filled with doubts, challenges, uncertainties and new lessons. With schools turning to online classes for the session, a new routine was set for the students. In spite of all the challenges, schools, students and parents are eagerly looking forward to reopening of schools, and are hopeful that the new session will commence with a new normal, which will lead the way to a brighter future and a stronger world.
The new session of Guru Nanak Public School began from 4th April 2022, the students were excited to come back to school. The first day started with the prayer to the almighty. Teachers extended their greetings to the students on the beginning of new session with a motivational and inspiring message.

2. Chambal International Film Festival :- 9th April, 2022
Chambal International Film Festival was organized on 8th and 9th April in UIT auditorium. In this festival, some selected movies out of 809 movies from 63 countries were shown. The motto behind this film festival is to make Kota city one of the sites for the feature film, short film, documentary film and music video on International level.

 

The students of Guru Nanak Public School of Class III and IV attended this festival on 9th April with their class teachers. They watched movies that gave the message and motivation to Save Environment, Kindness and Humanity. They watched Disha (Animation), Positive (Short), Ashfaq (Short), A Conclusion (Animation), In Pursuit of Light (Documentary), A moment of lightness just before(Short) and Tree House(Animation) movies of different categories and learnt a lot from them. Students had a lot of fun after a long time as they had an opportunity to move out from the school in a group to attend such occasion. These kinds of events bring a lot to the society.

3. Farewell Celebration of Class XII :- 21st April, 2022
Guru Nanak Public School celebrated the farewell of Class XII with great enthusiasm. The function started with worshiping goddess Saraswati by Our principal Mrs Rita Joshi.  At this occasion the students of class XII shared their experiences gained from school with their future dreams. Their junior performed adorable dances and sang songs for them. In the row of performance the students represented a small skit on Class room scene. Some interested games were played. The top five rankers of board exam Harsh Jain, Divya Mehra, Khushi Shringi, Balpreet Singh and Shivangi Sharma were awarded. According to the performance in different activities held in school and their personalities some titles were given to the students of class XII like MR. GNPS to Harsh Jain, Ms. GNPS to Shivangi Sharma, Best Performer to Yashaswi Kharediya, Ms Discipline to Parvinder Kaur, Mr Discipline to Balpreet Singh and Ms Panctual to Khushi Shringi. It was a memorable day for students.

4. Earth Day Celebration :- 22nd  April, 2022
‘Invest in your planet.’ Earth day is an annual on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. The official theme for 2022 is-
‘ INVEST IN OUR PLANET’

The Earth day was celebrated in the school premises with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students were given prior information and were told to bring few plants. In every class, five groups were made. Five planters & five plants were brought by each class. The activity was performed whole- heartedly and each student gave a promise to plant one, small, sapling every year and take care of it. Indeed! It was a memorable and a fun day. 

5.​ Mother’s Day Celebration :- 7th  May, 2022
Mother’s Day was celebrated in the school premises with great excitement and zeal. Mothers are like our security blanket because they always protect us. Students made beautiful cards for their mothers as a gesture & token of love and respect. They also wrote paragraph in their language subjects.
They were also guided on how to make their mothers happy with various activities such as making a milkshake or a sandwich. They indeed are a superwoman in one’s life “Mothers are everything but nothing is without mothers”

6. Investure Ceremony :- 05th August, 2022
0n 5th August,2022, In the premises of Guru Nanak Public School Badgaon,Kota.Investure ceremony was conducted with high degree of passion,with great zeal and dignity. The grand ceremony commenced with the SaraswatiVandana and our special chief guest Mrs. Amarjeet Kaur, Mr.Parmanand Sharma and Mrs. Indu Solanki graced the whole occasion.
The Head boy, Head girl, Vice head boy,Vice head girl,House Captains and Vice Captains are properly chosen by their juniors through their elections. The elected Perfects conferred with badges and sachets by the Honorary Principal of the school Mr. Bharat Bhushan Vyas.

The student council took the pledge to hold the school motto in high esteem. It is a proud moment for all of us. At the end a garland of motivational words delivered by the Principal sir Mr. Bharat Bhushan Vyas. He advised the students to bear all the duties and responsibilities with punctuality,dedication and great determination. As they are the source of inspiration of tomorrow.A programme was grand success.

7. Rakhi Celebration :- 10th August, 2022
On 10th August,2022.The special occasion RakshaBhandhan was celebrated in Guru Nanak Public School with happiness, zeal and enthuasism. On this occasion, a competition exhibit among students. Students showed their versatile talent as well as their great creative skills by making beautiful colorful Rakhi.

Students from class vthto class ix all participated in the competition.This festival strengthed the bond of love between brother and sister. Therefore it is considered sacred.Our institution firmly believed that these festivals not only enlightened us and filled our heart with love, devotion and zeal but also depict the traditional culture of our Indian history that make us one. These festivals are the true glimpse of unity in diversity.

8. 76thIndependence Day :- 15th August, 2022 

ON 15 August Guru Nanak Public School celebrated Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav 75 years of Independence, with great pride,honour and high spirit. Hoisting of national flag taken place by chairman Baba (Lakhwinder Singh ji), chotae Babaji (Balwinder Singh ji), Sardar Harbhajan Singhji and Sardaar Gurnaam Singh ji Ambalvi grace the entire occasion.

On 75 years of Independence many wonderful cultured programmes given by the students that truly depict the panaroma view of Indian heritage, culture and its tradition . Solo performance given by Chahak Soni stolen the show and student of class eleventh commerce Mahek Meena delivered awakening speech where she talked about present status of women and their glory in this todays era . Further more Mr.Parmanand Sharma given tribute to all the mothers , daughters ,sons, fathers, who had sacrificed everything and fight for his country men unto their last breath.
Everyones heart aroused with deep inner devotion . Moreover the most important  event was the prize distribution ceremony chairman Babalakhwinder Singhji, Vice chairman Balwinder Singhji, Manager Sir (Sukhwinder Bath) and Principal (Mr Bharat Bhushan Vyas) honoured the students with certificate and awards. On this patriotic occasion, The Principal Mr.Bharat Bhushan Vyas encourage the students with words.
Sardar.Harbhajan Singhji  as well as Sardar Gurnaam Singh enlightened the path of the students through their words of wisdom. And at the end of the occasion Mr.Amarveer Singh Ghuman (School Administrator of the school ) given a vote of thanks to everyone .This patriotic occasion ends the sweet distribution.

9. Janmashtami Celebration :- 19th August, 2022
On 19th August Guru Nanak Public School celebrated Janmashtami Mahotsav with great exhilaration and obessience. Students of Junior wing as well as Senior wing presented many captivated programmes. Fancy dress competition organized by tiny learners become the centre of the attraction.
On this beautiful occassion little ones sparkled the entire function with their dazzling and spectacular presence. Furthermore the senior grade students of tenth class also enthralled the whole audience with their devotional and mystical bhajans and numerous dance performances.
At the end the Idol of Lord Krishna was worshipped by everyone with prodigious devotion. And this holy occasion ends with Prasad distribution among students.

10. Ganesh Chaturthi :- 30th  August, 2022

On ( 30/08/2022) the students,the teachers as well as all the staff members of Guru Nanak Public School welcomed lord Ganesha by stalling a idol of lord siddhi vinayak in school premises. The arrangement of Puja and decoration was well managed by students council. Students as well as all the staff members participated in this event intending to being happiness, contentment , positivity and fun altogether by uniting among themselves.
This event become successful due to the efforts of Principal. The whole stage was beautifully decorated with flowers. The Puja began at 7.30 A.M. where the idol of lord Ganesha was venerated by all the members. The lord was offered shloks, bhajans , followed by aartis as well as distribution of Prasad among all.

11. Visit to Agriculture University, Borkhera, Kota  (02 December, 2022)

On 02-12-2022 students of Class 9th to 11th visited to Agriculture University, Borkhera, Kota. It was really a good experience for the students they were able to know about the Food processing unit, Vermi composting processing unit and about the different breeds of cows and goats.

Dairy farming and integrated farming were explained to the students by the director of university. Through a documentary movie various career options in agriculture were also explained.
